Register for our Free Services

 

To access our free services, you’ll need to be registered with the Foreign Medical Program (FMP). Follow these simple steps or click the FMP Registration button below:

1. Complete the Foreign Medical Program form. You can provide either your Social Security number or VA Claim File Number (SS# is sufficient).

2. Ensure the form is signed and dated.

3. Send your completed form via email to hac.fmp@va.gov.

4. Registration in the FMP system may take 4–6 weeks to process.

Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the FMP. Please bring this confirmation with you to your first visit.
